Pokio Child Safety Standards

Published standards against CSAE

Pokio publishes and enforces these Child Safety Standards for the Pokio app and service. Pokio explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, including CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, sexualized content involving minors, attempts to obtain sexual material from minors, and any behavior that exploits, endangers, targets, or abuses children.

Pokio is a social poker community for adults. Pokio is not directed to children and does not allow minors to use the service where the applicable legal age requirement is not met.

Reporting and in-app feedback

Pokio provides in-app reporting and blocking tools so users can report profiles, messages, posts, comments, images, videos, reels, events, or any other content that may involve child safety concerns. Reports related to child safety, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation, or abuse are treated as priority reports.

Review, enforcement, and escalation

Pokio may take the following actions when child safety concerns are detected or reported:

• remove violating content;
• restrict features or block users;
• suspend accounts pending verification;
• permanently delete accounts;
• preserve relevant evidence where legally required;
• cooperate with law enforcement, child protection organizations, or competent authorities.

Compliance with laws

Pokio maintains these standards to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations and to keep the Pokio community safe. These standards apply to every user and every part of the Pokio app, including user profiles, direct messages, posts, comments, photos, videos, reels, events, and reports.

Pokio interdit explicitement l'exploitation et les abus sexuels d'enfants, incluant le Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), le CSAM, le grooming, la sollicitation sexuelle de mineurs, la sextorsion, le trafic, les contenus sexualisés impliquant des mineurs et tout comportement qui exploite, cible, met en danger ou abuse des enfants.

Les utilisateurs peuvent signaler un profil, un message, une publication, un commentaire, une image, une vidéo, un reel, un événement ou tout autre contenu dans Pokio. Les signalements liés à la sécurité des enfants, au CSAE, au CSAM, au grooming ou à l'exploitation sexuelle sont prioritaires.
